Filing using QuickFile is not an issue as this is fast for the user after checking this.
The issue is with the option Expand-All Folders (if less than 50 folders) for this user as shown:
If this option is:
- Ticked then QuickFile, Send&File and Find&Goto is slow to respond.
- Unticked then QuickFile, Send&File and Find&Goto is quick to respond.
This option is also controlled on the settings screen as shown:
